Cooking Instructions:

1. Defrost Pun Choy completely.

2. Steam Pun Choy for 30 mins.

3. Heat the sauce separately and pour it on the hot PunChoy. Serve.

Note:

Sauce and PunChoy must not be steamed together, they have to be heated separately. Otherwise it will affect the taste.

盆菜准备方式:

1. 完全解冻透。

2. 整盆蒸热(30mins)。

3. 将分开包装的盆菜酱汁另外煮热之后,淋上去蒸好了的盆菜。

注意:

酱汁和盆菜不要一起蒸, 要分开准备,一起蒸的话会影响盆菜的味道。
